  1. I would like to ask you for some advise if I may.

I am just working on fixing a tanker vessel for a charterer, via a broker. But the broker has added "total com 2.5 pct for distribution inc TCE." I am trying to research about TCE, however I believe if you can assist in its meaning, and whether this is advantageous for me or not, then this would be very much appreciated.

Sorry, I know you are Bulk expert, but who knows...
